Who I Follow
Oh my gosh…I’ve already done my run and abs workout today (I went to the gym at my normal time {6:00am}, slightly anticipating the influx of NYResolutioners, but the gym was dead!), I have the day off from work (with holiday pay, wowowow), I just had my second cup of coffee and I’m feeling so overwhelmed by fitblr!  I mean OVERSTIMULATED.  My eyes won’t seem to calm down, darting from one part of the screen to another, looking over ‘Before’ pictures and goals, workouts already completed, and nutrition notes and logs.
